In Surgery Still!

Dan is doing fine, still in surgery!
They graciously give us updates periodically.
Dan and Ashley arrived 5:15 a.m.
We (Ashley, Bob & I) left the pre-op area at 7:15 a.m.
Terry, Russ, Nick, Peggy (Ashley's family) met us in the waiting area
Surgery started 8:15 a.m.
We got an update at 10: everything is fine and the surgery is continuing (good news since if the cancer had spread they would have opened and shut);
2nd update at 12:30p.m.: everything fine;
3rd update: 3:00 p.m.: everything fine, we are in the middle but many more hours to go;
So continue to pray my friends. This is a long haul for Dan.
We are doing fine (tired, of course, but well fed & encouraged by the blessing of visiting friends)
