Sunday August 5

We just saw the bevy of doctors and Dan will be having a CT sometime soon. The doctors think that the infection might be at the stent site and so they might need to put another one in. His bilirubin is up and his WBC is 300. Dan looks fairly good and is trying to eat what he can. He has sores in his mouth which are painful. Theses symptoms are part of the effects of the chemo (not the bilirubin). We have seen some familiar faces here too which is comforting. I appreciate our ability to be here at Stanford and I appreciate all of you and your love and concern and the many prayers for our Dan. Matt, Jess, and Bob will be venturing over for a visit this afternoon. Can't wait to hug Matt! May your day be filled with His Love and Joy.
